Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. To ensure that the company SMS is carried out on board in accordance to the ISM and ISPS code. 
  2. Provide competency assessment of all deck officers as per SMS procedures.
  3. To provide operational support to Deck Officers and monitor Deck officers competency in Navigational requirements. 
  4. Make curriculum & Syllabus training, Module training base competency.
  5. Carrier Development Program.
  6. Provide training for master and chief mates in operational areas and requirements prior to their undergoing a practical and theoretical competency check
Job requirements : 
  • Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Marine) or equivalent (Have possess at least ANT I or ATT 1) is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Chief Officer on the tanker of vessel they are assigned 
  • Certified TOT IMO Model Course 6.09  
  • Required Skill(s): Crew Competencies Development, , ISM Code, Tanker Management Self Assessment, Vetting, Familiar with Ecdis.
  • Have strong leadership background 
  • Have exposures in managing team development
  • Able to create training syllabus and development program
  • Able to manage andragogy learning circumstance
