Criteria:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Minimal 1 year(s) of working experience in manning is required for this position.
• Good Social and Communication skills
• Required languages : English, Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with Fleet Manager, Recruitment, Ship Party, Branch Office/Agent for crew placement, mutation planning and  familiarization program.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager, Recruitment, Ship Party, Branch Office / Agent for mutation planning, familiarization and regulation.
• Carry out the rotation process according to company’s requirement so that the placement of seafarer  on board runs effective and efficient.
• Input seafarers database into HRIS properly so that data on HRIS system well updated.
• Input request of Safety Shoes and Uniform for Crewing into GLSM
• Investigate cases of seafarer on board to be completed quickly and thoroughly
• Check the completeness, originality and validity of all documents or seafarer’s certificate to ensure their documents are completed and valid.
• Prepare working equipment and safety equipment (Personal Protective Equipment – PPE) for crew before on board in accordance with valid regulation.
• Calculate the payment of void seafarer (Short Hand) to ensure they are paid according to company’s regulation.
• Create reports according to the scope of work performed for analysis need and performance monitored by superiors.
• Documenting all working documents related to the scope of work done so that all documents can be archieved completely and properly
• Routine Crew Conditee Appraisal with frequency in the 3rd months, 6th months and end of contract
• Routine Vessel visit and inspection every vessel in every month (If in Jakarta)
• Filing the hardcopy of active seafarer onboard
• Conduct flight ticket process and other crew transportaion expenses
• Arrange Crew Sign On and Sign Off
