JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Sourcing, scouting and selecting crew based on experience and competence by vessel requirement
  • Administration of crew activities, specialy : salary calculation, incentive calculation, sign on & sign off document
  • Prepare working and safety equipment for crew before on board
  • Coordinate with Owner superintendent/ HSSE /agent for crew placement, mutation, familirization  and training for crew
  • Monitoring crew performance and report to user the result
  • Making report of crewing activities (number of crew recruited and resigned, training and familization report, crew performance, etc)
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): computer, comunication and negotiation
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
WORKING HOURS
Regular Hours, Mondays - Saturdays
