We are the PT. WINNING LOGISTICS SHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICE, , part of WINNING INTERNATIONAL GROUP,
We are looking for candidates of CREWING OFFICER & RECRUITMENT who will ;
 
  • Taking care of Recruitment process of crew.
  • Taking care of crew matters.
  • Ensure the crew certificates comply to minimum safe manning.
  • Ensure the availabilities of crew before the vessel sailing.
  • Ensure the rotation plan running well.
  • Monthly reporting to manager about crew activities.
 
Minimum Requirement;
  • Minimum Holding ATT 3 MANAGEMENT Certificates.
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in the same role.
  • Minimum 2 years sea service experience as Chief Engineer
  • Understand the national Regulation for Seafarer.
  • Having wide networking in Indonesian Seafarer.
  • Strong communication, analytical & interpersonal skill.
  • Strong of safety awareness.
