Custom Supervisor
Main Duties:
  • Lead and supervise “Custom” team in handling custom clearance process until delivery cargo.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding for Custom Clearance process including OB and custom document submission.
  • Good understanding of content PIB/PEB, Manifest and HS codes correctly comply with update custom regulation.
  • Detail person in checking team work, correctness of the entry data/document submission and on time in complete the jobs without delay.
  • Assuring complete and correct document and permit/license for TPS/PLP process and release cargo at custom and Airline warehouse.
  • Establish good relationship with custom office for smooth cargo clearance.
  • Well update with custom regulation, comply with KPI and compliance.
  • Excellent troubleshooter for custom issues.
  • Good networking to accelerate field operation jobs finish on time without issues.
Requirement:
  • Maximum age 42 years old.
  • Must have experience minimum 5 years as Supervisor of Custom Clearance.
  • Have PPJK Certificate (priority).
  • Excellent knowledge of International Freight Forwarding in handling custom process.
  • Well understand about valid and update custom regulation and procedure.
  • Wide networking in Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Able to operate computer application and English ability.
  • Trustable, honest and willing to work long hours to assure cargo delivery on time.
  • Willing to be stationed in Jakarta (Ocean Freight) or Cengkareng (Air Freight).
