  • Handles incoming calls or inquiries from Customer (warehouse partner and clients).
  • Accurately captures customer information.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Assists customer effectively by solving customer disputes.
  • Provides customer additional information or explains services.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process.
  • Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Creates and maintains service reports.
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Customer Service Market Place. 
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Good looking, energetic, dynamic, fast learner, and charismatic personality.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills.
