Job Responsibilities :
  • Follow up & maintain communication with customers & agents.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers & agents by phone, email, or visiting them.
  • Having a good relationship with vendors, shipping lines, airlines and co-loaders.
  • Arrange & coordinate shipment with customers, operation staffs, agents and shipping lines / airlines.
  • Responsible for handling shipment such as :
    • Documentations : HBL, MBL, HAWB, MAWB, Manifest, D/O, Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note.
    • Email : Follow up, Booking, Pre-alert, NOA, POD to agent/customer.
    • Schedule courier for take OBL, D/O or send D/O.
    • Quoting the rates/charges to customers or agents.
 
Job Requirements :
  • Age below 40 years old.
  • Minimal 2 year experience in Export / Import activity.
  • Bachelor / Diploma’s degree in any field / management transportation.
  • Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Able to handle ocean/sea and air shipment (freight, project and clearance).
  • Computer literate (able to use Microsoft office and emails).
  • Having a smart and strong power bargaining with vendors.
  • Having a good mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
