Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in procuring and ensuring of feeder/vessel space availability according to customer’s requirement
- Issuance of booking confirmation & CRO
- Sending sailing schedules to customers as requested.
- Handling agents / shipper enquiries and solving them
- Monitor customers’ shipments – ensuring on time delivery
- Ensuring documentation (SI, BL drafts, MBL&HBL), MSDS, certifications and letter of indemnity are in place for special documentation handling
- To maintain excel sheet on all shipment’s details for the month.
- Invoicing to customers for every shipments done.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
