Job Responsibilities :
 
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers and agents by phone, email, visiting them.
  • Having an Excellent English both writing and speaking
  • Follow up & maintain communication with customers & agents.
  • Arrange & coordinate with operation staff for daily schedule.
  • Having a good Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
  • Responsible for handling shipment such as :
    • Documentations : HB/L, HAWB , OB/L, MAWB , Manifest, D/O, Invoice, Voucher, Debit Note, Credit Note, etc
    • Email : Pre alert, CSA, NOA, POD to agent/customer
    • Schedule courier for take D/O or send D/O
    • Quoting the rates/charges to customer or agent
Job Requirements :
 
  • Age below 40 years old
  • Bachelor / Diploma's degree in Any Field / Management Transportation
  • Good communication skills in English ( Written and spoken )
  • Min. 2 year experience in Export / Import Document activity
  • Able to Handle Ocean/Sea and Air Shipment (Freight, Project and Clearance)
  • Computer literate ( able to use Microsoft office and emails )
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Having own PPJK Certificate is an advantage
