  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Linguistics/Languages, Logistic/Transportation, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): microsoft office, Interpersonal Communication.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Description:
  • - Keeps customers informed daily and weekly by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current shipment status
    - Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests
    - Freight forwarding functions such as booking, issuing Delivery Orders, etc.
    - Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries
  • Requirement:
  • - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - Experience in freight forwarder or shipping line as a customer service would be an advantage
    - Multi tasking and able to work under pressure
    - Active communication in group and willing to support each other
    - Attention to detail and accuracy
    - To be placed in Bitung
