Key responsibilities
 
  • Ensure smooth execution of the Customs House Brokerage (CHB) clearance process and hand over to our trucking team
  • Implement all import or export strategies according to all suppliers and customer demands and ensure compliance to all regulations
  • Understanding potential delivery-related service issues and their timely and satisfactory resolution while supporting our business processes and standards
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities
  • Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires
  • Own customer experience and lead the team to achieve best-in class Customer Service
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Previous customer service experience in logistics and services specifically in CHB (import and exports) sector will be an advantage.
  • Can consider newly graduates who share passion for global trade.
  • The successful candidate must also display excellent communication skills, able to converse with people of all levels and is well organized, personable, problem solver, and a team player.
  • This is a contractual role for 6 months with opportunity to become permanent depending on performance and business need.
