Job Desc:
  • Liaise with shipper regarding their Shipping Instructions
  • Communicating with overseas agent to get approval for either freight prepaid or collect shipments
  • Booking to Airlines/Shipping Lines or Consolidators
  • Arrange trucking for pick up of goods
  • Prepare PEB&PIB
  • Prepare House BL
  • Prepare other supporting Documents (COO,Quarantine, KADIN etc)
  • Arrange operational team for Customs Clearance process
  • Job sheet entry
  • Filling
