  • Handle import export documentation sea freight and air freight LCL FCL
  • Taking order  from customer and agent
  • Dealing with liner, booking vessel, making shipping instruction for sea and air freight LCL FCL
  • Booking to carrier  (Hbl/Mbl), prepare document  (Hawb, manifest, etc)
  • Sending pre alert, provide document to customer
  • Communication with customer, agent, and shipping line.
 
Requirement:
 
  • Minimum 3  years  experience in Export Import
  • Through knowledge of export and import regulation
  • Strong customer service and problems solving skills, also very good communication skills.
  • MS Aplications
  • English literate (writing and speaking)
