JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Support marketing to check inquiry / rate with overseas agent
  • Coordinate with overseas agent for booking and BL preparation
  • Check shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Insurance, Manifest) with Customer
  • Monitoring the Vessel / Flight position
  • Check pre alert from Overseas agent and update to customer
  • Create and submit inward manifest to custom
  • Create and submit insurance
  • Coordinate with Custom Broker (PPJK) for Clearance documents
  • Internal Data Entry / monthly report in Ms. Excel
REQUIREMENT :
  • Candidate Must Possess At Least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent In English (Spoken And Written), Mandarin is a plus
  • At Least 2 Years Of Working Experience In The Related Field Is Required For This Position
  • Having Good Knowledge About Import Procedures And Regulations
  • Understanding In Freight Forwarding Business Will Be A Plus
  • Able To Work Under Pressure, Team Player And Good Communication Skill
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Accurate)
