Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Having background experiences in International Freight Forwarder
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Excellent communication skills, able to handle complaint, follow up & task oriented, and interpersonal skill.
  • Placement : Jakarta
  • Mandarin is favorable (preferred)
 
Job Descriptions :
  • Answer questions about product
  • Check on status of shipment and tracking check
  • Check and receive booking and request approval to buyyers
  • Check BC/ DO before releasing cargo to shipper
