Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Position  : Customer Service Import & Export Staff
Location : Jakarta Raya

Role Summary & Responsibility :
• Correspondence and telecommunicate with principal and agent overseas.
• Prepare monthly schedule, cargo prospect to principal and internal before vessel departure (H-5)
• Prepare shipping instruction, packing list & send delay notice to Partner and customer.
• Checking and confirming order status on pick-up & deliveries
• Track ang log information in the system.
• Freight forwarding functions such as booking, issuing delivery order. etc.
• Assist with the placement of orders.
• Enter data into system for invoicing.
• Receive order via phone, email, and fax and enter orders into the systems.

Requirement :
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Maksimum 28 years old.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years working experiences ( at shipping line company ia a plus).
• Understand and able to speak English.
