Customer Service (Booking and Documentation) - Isotank Division
PT.Giant Transporter Indonesia , Surabaya Branch
 
Requirements :
  • Maximum 28 years old. 
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Indonesia and English proficiency are must 
  • Preferable Multi Language speaker (minimum 2 languages) 
  • Excellent discipline, computer and communication skill 
  • Able to work under pressure 
 Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Handle all documentation matter for Seafreight & Trucking. 
  • Input modul entry manifest & Send flatfile / manifest to carrier.
  • Update to customer / consignee via phone & email of BL & BC 1.1.
  • Send a notice of arrival to consignee & forwarder
  • Ensure that all customers queries are well taken care and resolved.
  • Monitor customer shipment and ensure that shipment is loaded on given schedule.
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with Carrier so that excellent service can be delivered to customers.
