Responsibilities :
  • Maintain and improve Call center operations by monitoring  system performance
  • Customer orders are processed promptly  and accurately
  • Execute clients communications  strategy to ensure service needs  are met and drive continued engagement with company
  • Guide representatives through difficult calls or issues
  • Manage, train, coach and lead call center representatives as they provide support for customers
  • Manage end to end logistic operations life cycle
  • Prepare  call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
Requirement :
  • Fluent in English Language is must
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any dicipline
  • Proven experience  as Customer Service Manager or similar position
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences as Customer Service
  • Able to work with team and work independently
  • Good looking, Nice personality and Good appearence
  • Hard working, multitasking,detail oriented  and responsible
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Pondok Pinang)
