Customer Service Officer for Ocean Freight Forwarding (CS. OFF Export)
PT YUSEN LOGISTICS INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
  • Support supervisor in dealing with operation issues every day
  • Check & receive new bookings and request approval to buyers
  • Communicate booking  space with shipping line or be familiar with shipping staff
  • Check BC/DO before releasing cargo to shipper
  • Communicate with shipper to provide final data submission
  • Provide and submit final data to shipping line before the deadline
  • Provide draft HBL/FCR/MBL, shipper ID for checking
  • Confirm MBL to shipping line
  • Request local tariff invoice
  • Provide invoice to shipper
  • Send SA/Pre-Alert
Requirements :
  • 20-30 years old
  • Diploma or preferably bachelor’s (S1) degree from Sea Management Transportation
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has knowledge of ocean transport
  • Having experience in a freight forwarding industry  or PMA company as customer service officer is preferable
  • Good at both spoken and written English
  • Good attitude & good personality
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Work location: Sunter, North Jakarta
