Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
 
To provide excellent service to customer in order to maintain good relationship with customer by handling incoming calls, handling complaints, answering customer inquiry, make good coordination with related departments, etc.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Analytical, Planning, Organizing, Attention to Detail
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Able & willing to work under pressure and do multitasking
  • Willing to work in shift schedule
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Excellent to communicate in English both writtten & spoken
