Job Description : 
  • Input all order to System
  • Collect BA
  • Monitors & maintain daily report from Operation Team (Logistic)
  • Ensure that all processed orders are acknowledged with Operation Team (Logistic & Forwarding)
  • Work closely with Operation Team regarding the shipment / logistic progress run smoothly
  • Contact and make schedule appointment/visit to customers (as per schedule)
  • Acts as first contact point tor customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document Collection 
  • Responsible for the management of claims procedures to ensure that claims are settled within target turn around time
  • Responsible for communicating needed support for claims settlement to adjusters, inspectors and insurance companies
Job Requirements : 
  • Experience in CS forwarding is an advantage
  • Having knowledge and at least 1 year experience with insurance claim activities
  • Min 2 years experience in Customer Service role
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree, any field.
  • Excellent in communication skills, customer oriented, and multi-tasking
