  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Linguistics/Languages, Logistic/Transportation, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): microsoft office, communication skill, interpersonal communication, Administration.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Perak Barat,Surabaya.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • We are hiring a customer service staff that will help us to manage customer queries and complaints. this person will also responsible to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of cummunication channels.
  • Responsibilities: Maintan a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of commmunication channels. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Min bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0. Proven experience as customer service (from shipping company or logistic would be advantage)
