We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor that will help us to manage customer queries and complaints. This person will also responsible to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0
  • Proven experience as customer service in FREIGHT FORWARDING, LOGISTIC, or SHIPPINGLINES company
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in using English
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta
