Responsibilities:
Assists the customer support manager by performing various supervisory duties
Periodically monitors interactions of customer support representatives with customers to ensure quality control. Gives direction and makes recommendations as necessary.
Assists the customer support manager with preparation of annual performance evaluations
Meets with employees periodically to discuss progress toward work goals.
Assists customer support representatives in resolving customer problems.
Resolve difficult issues regarding customer complaints and other matters
Perform other duties assigned by Customer Support Manager.
Prioritize, schedule, and execute work assignments to ensure all customers receive the best product support possible.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in customer service/support/care/experience
Has experience to lead a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes presentation skills.
Able to work in fast paced environment
Good interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a multi-faceted role.
Good organizational skills.
