Responsibilities:
 
  • Assists the customer support manager by performing various supervisory duties
  • Periodically monitors interactions of customer support representatives with customers to ensure quality control. Gives direction and makes recommendations as necessary.
  • Assists the customer support manager with preparation of annual performance evaluations
  • Meets with employees periodically to discuss progress toward work goals.
  • Assists customer support representatives in resolving customer problems.
  • Resolve difficult issues regarding customer complaints and other matters
  • Perform other duties assigned by Customer Support Manager.
  • Prioritize, schedule, and execute work assignments to ensure all customers receive the best product support possible.
 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in customer service/support/care/experience
  • Has experience to lead a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes presentation skills.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to successfully handle a multi-faceted role.
  • Good organizational skills.
