Responsibility
  • Support Customer Support Assistant Manager and Manager to coordinate team
  • Support Customer Support Manager in terms of quality improvement and customer service standards
  • Understanding how to escalate case and recommending improvements if there’s any
  • Supporting the team in escalation and resolving problem
  • Communicate and align with other operational stakeholder
  • Disseminate the knowledge of customer support process to the team
  • Conduct monthly performance analysis of customer support
Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree of any academic field
  • Min.3 years working in the logistic industry in the similar job role 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Having good analysis and decision-making skills
  • Can communicate effectively
  • Leadership capability
