Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): PPJK, EDI, PIB, PEB, Customs Clearance, HS Code Track, Logistic, Trucking, Export, Import, Forwarding, Supply Chain
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Has PPJK Certificate is a must.
  • Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc.
  • Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts.
  • Able to work independently and team.
  • Able to achieve timely delivery for document with accuracy
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Knowledge of Geodis tools, company goals and strategies.
    Aggressive on the market & create development opportunities.
    Efficient, open-minded, good communicator, self motivated, results-oriented
KEY ACTIVITIES :
  • Prepare Export Import Documentation
  • Drafting Export Import Declaration (PEB/PIB) and the process of data input to
  • Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) Customs for Sea and Air
  • PIB calculation (Freight, Import Duty, VAT)
  • Understand the creating process Document of Lading (B/L)
  • HS Code Track and Confirmation
