Position Summary:
The Data and Knowledge Management Analyst will be responsible for the collection, review and analysis of Express center and logistics data. They assist in maximizing supply chain efficiency through effective modelling and ad hoc reporting. The position entails working with IDgroup cross-functional departments.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Support development and performance of warehouse and carrier through analysis of Warehouse Management System and Transport Management System.  
  2. Support the development and maintenance of the fulfilment and carrier databases within the operations department.
  3. Support Supervisor in the development of reporting and effective analysis, creating compelling narratives and storytelling through data.
  4. Utilize financial, logistical, and procurement databases/systems to support supply chain process improvements; providing actionable guidance to improve results.
  5. Support partnering / consensus building across Operational functions and with other internal / external stakeholders including Business Development and Finance & Accounting Department.
  6. Own “the truth” and governance in data and process including the intake, management, automation, and integrity of data utilized by IDgroup.
  7. Champion the data needs and priorities of Operations Department, coordinating with key data/business partners across the organization.
  8. Lead and support data design requirements and delivery for supply chain programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. Max. 30 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent. with min. GPA 3.00.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
  3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Required Skill(s): SPSS, SAS, Database, Analytical, Chart, Reporting, Dashboard.
  5. Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
  6. Can join immediately, full time position(s) available.
  7. Willing to be placed in PIK
