Qualifications :
  • Rich experience handling express process at Express/logistic company for at least 5 years at Managerial level.
  • Fluent in English, written and oral.
  • Mature, and could be a LEADER for their team
  • Familiar with data reporting and analysis
  • Familiar with Ms Office (especially Excel formula)
  • Has a good knowledge about Sumatera Area
  • Work Placement at Medan
  • Willing to travel all around Sumatera.
Job Description :
  • Data reporting and analysis; daily, weekly, and or monthly basis.
  • Creating sustainable and great work environment for their team all over Central Sumatera.
  • Ensure the cost spent on the last mile are running efficiently. 
  • Ensure manpower on each drop point can reach maximum productivity.
  • Make sure the Express process meet the requirement SLA
  • Manage and coach their team
  • Travel around Central Sumatera to controlling their area responsibility.
  • Extra mille to achieve greatness together.
