Job Description:
  • Create, publish, revise and input  data to system
  • Handling, communicate and coordinate with related party as needed.
  • Submit data needed to system in details and accurate.
  • Check detail, email and coordinate for MBL & HBL Drafts.
  • Check the actual departure of the shipping party.
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Manage the job and make a report in detail and accurate if needed.
 
Qualification :
  • Maximum 26 years old
  • Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years Experience will be advantage
  • Have experience in Document export/import will be plus value
  • Able to speak English - Minimun Moderate Level
  • Good working attitude, self motivated, discipline, honest, responsible, trustworthy
  • Expert in using Ms. Office and System.
