The Trainer Lead will be Lead the trainer team, Arrange training for new DOP Agent and Existing DOP Agent as well, Compile FAQ from Agent, Make sure all Agent are well trained. The Trainer Lead will report to DOP Operation manager Daily basis of trainer team
Core responsibilities:
Working with Operation team to Arrange Training for DOP Agent.
Monitor and follow up Existing DOP agent and new DOP Agent on Daily and Weekly basis.
As the first gate alignment between Agent and DOP team.
Make a refreshment training for Agent DOP
Monitor site visit trainer.
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Setting clear team goals.
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Job requirements
Minimum 2 years Experience in Operation.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, with good leadership skill and able to lead a team in accomplishing projects, achieving the performance target
Able To speak in English is A plus
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, good analytical skill, able to translate the data into graphs / tables.
Excellent communication, Leadership skills, Decision Making Skills
Able to conduct presentation.
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
