Responsibility :
 
  • Support to  HR Head / Deputy HR in range  of  industrial  matters including  grievances,  employment  entitlements,  discipline,  substandard performance and termination of employment.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Human Resources Management
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Knowledge  of  Associates  Relation  procedures  and  processes  -  Prior experience  design  and  development  of  associates  relations  policies, practices, and programs
  • Prior experience conducting investigations of associates relations issues of moderate complexity required
  • Good  knowledge  of  employment  law  (employment  contracts,  term  and conditions of employment) and HR trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Solid presentation, partnering, and collaborations skills
  • A high energy, results-oriented individual who takes initiative and accepts accountability
  • Ability to approach each scenario from all perspectives the needs of the business  as a  whole  versus  the  needs  of  the  individual  and  be  able  to empathies with both sides
