GENERAL INFORMATION :
Type                 : Office Job
Work Location   : Tj. Balai Karimun (Riau Island)
 
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for technical overview of all activities of the new build/repair projects to achieve timely completion of the project under PT Multi Ocean Shipyard (subsidiary of Soechi Group).
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITY :
  1. Responsible for technical overview of shipyard activities related to new build / repair project
  2. Controlling all resources for optimum productivity
  3. Ensuring compliance with Technical specifications, contract, regulatory and class standard
  4. Liaison and coordinate with clients, regulatory institution, consultant, contractors to meet with client expectation
  5. Ensuring each project (milestone) and commercial controls are achieved by effective planning, logistic support and neat execution
  6. Provide comprehensive report/input to planning department
  7. Impalement Standard Operation Procedures and HSE practices aligned to scope of work
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Naval / Marine Technical Engineering (Ship Building)
  2. Min. 5 years experiences in related field preferably in same position
  3. Have familiarity with ship design, constructions and project overview
  4. Ability to formulate and implement technical services and forecast with strategic and technical planning
  5. Strong interpersonal, leadership, management and communication skills
  6. Willing to be placed in Tj. Balai Karimun of Riau Island
