Tradecorp are looking for a fun, professional, charming & enthusiastic English-speaking receptionist located in SCBD Jakarta.
 
If you are immaculately presented with a warm professional and confident personality and Fluent in both English and Indonesian, then this role could be for you.
 
 
DUTIES:
  • Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system
  • Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting clients in reception.
  • Liaising with the PAs and executive directors
  • Booking couriers
  • Administration
  • Adhoc duties
  • Booking catering facilities - organising lunches and liaising with catering team.
  • Having an eye for detail and checking rooms are perfect each time.
  • General receptionist duties?
 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS  
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Required Skill(s): Customer Service
