Job Description:
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the executive (BOD) of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
 
Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Create Presentation (advanced level), Filling, Scheduling
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Willing to be placed at Pulo Gadung East Jakarta
