Perform all necessary coordination related to export-import activities at port locations.
Carry out the process of handover of documents required by agencies - related to the import and export process
Supervise work teams related to operations at port locations
Establish and maintain communication with internal and external parties related to the process of import and export operations
Oversee the work team related to the establishment of good relations with relevant parties
Make routine administrative reports and documentation of activities

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major, preferably from supply chain management
Minimum 3 years experiences in operation sea & air freight
Strong in financial skill and operation system of logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation
Excellent Communicator within and outside the Organization
Preferably have a certificate PPJK
Strong analytical, persuasive, and customer service oriented
Fluently in English oral & written
Willing to be placed in Medan-Deli Serdang
