Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Perform all necessary coordination related to export-import activities at port locations. 
  • Carry out the process of handover of documents required by agencies - related to the import and export process 
  • Supervise work teams related to operations at port locations 
  • Establish and maintain communication with internal and external parties related to the process of import and export operations
  • Oversee the work team related to the establishment of good relations with relevant parties 
  • Make routine administrative reports and documentation of activities
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major, preferably from supply chain management
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in operation sea & air freight
  • Strong in financial skill and operation system of logistics management/supply chain/warehouse/transportation
  • Excellent Communicator within and outside the Organization
  • Preferably have a certificate PPJK
  • Strong analytical, persuasive, and customer service oriented
  • Fluently in English oral & written
  • Willing to be placed in Medan-Deli Serdang
