Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Main Function :
 
Ensure that all operation matters related to Exports and Import  shipments are being handled efficiently, fully adhered with Client’s SOP, and also in line with GAC Internal SOP, Code of Ethics and Compliance .    
 
?Personal Qualification
  • Minimum D3
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Forwarding or Shipping Industry (not EXIM Manufacture)
  • Good understanding of freight and forwarding practices
  • Good English (Active)
  • Good in Computer Software : office applications
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Excellent communicator within and outside the organization
  • Good at planning, coordinating, and monitoring the team
  • Good problem solver & Good teamwork
 
?Role and Responsibility :
  • Input BL, Manifest and other data for export and import activity in the system to ensure all shipments are fully adhere with government or any other required regulation. 
  • Communicate with agent, shipping, and other party to ensure that the shipment could be delivered as per client's requirements.
  • Check and Review Final Working Instruction/ Job sheet prior to Manager's approval.
  • Check jobs in the System prior to Manager's approval once the job is accomplished.
  • Monitor the shipment for both air and sea freight (export and import) activity and ensure all shipment is delivered safely at the destination.
  • Prepare Operational Reports and ensure submission in timely manner.
  • Monitor Cash Advance and settle the document in timely manner.
  • Perform any other tasks/ duties given by the Manager.
  • Attend KPI Meetings of Clients on Regular Basis (where required).
  • Update Client on changes in Import / Customs Policy.
