If you have the following capabilities :
 
  • Identifying and Estabilishing contact with potential customer proactively, negotiating the agreement and closing down the sales.
  • Maximize bussines relationship and performance with customer in Surabaya
  • Sales goal oriented and achieve the target that has been set by the company
  • Develop LCL export and import volumes, increase FCL volumes, and increase air shipment volumes
Requirements
  • Age Max 40 years old
  • Minimum 3 year experience as a sales (preferably in Freight Forwarding Company) with the good reputation in Surabaya
  • Willing to take new challenges, good skills in presentation, communication and negotiation
  • Fluent in English both oral and written    
  • Computer literate are compulsory
  • Able to work under pressure, organized and detail oriented
  • Honest, reliable, mature with nice attitude & pro-active
  • Fast learner & able to work independently
  • Experienced and knowledgable in exports and imports is an advantage
  • Good looking
  • Excellent networking with related parties
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
