Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Would you like to be our Export Customer Service (1 FTE) located in Jakarta office? 
  • You will be reporting directly to the Supervisor / Manager and mainly handling Business Consolidation shipments as well as its communication and documents from the initial until the job file is closed
  • You will also ensure that he/she has completed the documents and all required information into the system as per KPI or SOP.
  • Managing Export shipment of FCL, LCL, and consolidation.
 
To do your above roles, we are expecting your qualifications as below points :
  • Managing Export shipment of FCL, LCL, and consolidation.
  • Dealing with liners/carriers for vessel booking
  • Meet the External & Internal SOP which outlined.
  • Deliver the expected KPI to customer
  • Able to work with other parties which relate to the shipment.
  • Ensure timely response, update & follow up on communication, system update and other adhoc tasks.
