Job Description:
  • Export administration and customer service
  • Follow SOP in performance of all operation processes
  • Co-ordinate with overseas offices, partner agents and customers for timely shipment
Job requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Must have at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in international freight forwarding is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Forwarding Application
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Having a good communication skill and capable in English communication
  • Good computer skill
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Responsible and can work proactively  and can work in team
