Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establish excellent relationship with the client
- Be the consultive agent for client’s shipment schedules
- Manage incoming booking from client/customer for Export
- Solving problem pertaining customer complaint and claim
- Good reporting both in Excel and Word to Supervisor and Manager
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Possess minimally a Bachelor Degree from any reputable university
- Minimum experience 2 year in similar position, preferably from shipping or freight forwarding company
- Strong communication in English both written and verbal.
- Accurate, fast learner, discipline and hard working person
- Analytical mind-set
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
