Job Description:
 
  • Handle Sea Freight Operation for NVOCC documentation requirement
  • To ensure HBL, MBL, Invoice to shipper and agent are being processed completely
  • Familiar with ISF, AMS, ENS, ACI, etc filing
  • Controlling and monitoring subordinates
  • Communicated by email with Customer/Partner Agent/Head Office
  • Handle customer requirement
 
Requirement:
 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics. The Advantage in USA Trade
  • Candidate must posse at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree from any field
  • Requirement languages: English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiar with export procedures and related document
  • Good computer skill with a computer program and Microsoft office
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Responsible and work proactively
  • Full-time position
