Deskripsi Pekerjaan

RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Handle Sea Freight Operation Involving Booking, Documentation, and Delivery arrangement
  • To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and following the right system a procedure in order to achieve excellent service
  • Booking to carrires, liaising with customer and agents and sending pre-alert to agents
  • Check/submit manifest to shipping line
  • Handling import process from receiving pre-alert from agents, working with carries and liasing with customers and agents
  • Handling custom clearance process
  • Communicate by email with Agent/Customer/Head Office
  • Handle customer request and give notice arrival/delay
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree form any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics
  • Certified Customs and Excise Professional (PPJK License) preferred (will be an advantage)
  • Good computer skill
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Responsible and can work proactively
  • Detail oriented, fast learner and self-motivated
  • Full-time position(s) available
