Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
 
  • Monitoring shipment status
  • Coordinating and communicating with Agent, Shipper and Customer regarding shipment process
  • Coordinating and liaise between sales-marketing and operations departments
  • Update shipping schedule, booking space for export and issuing a shipping instructions
  • Drafting and finalizing  HBL and HAWB
  • Assisting other; dissimilar duties when ordered by Manager/General Manager
 
Requirements :
 
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Traffic & Administration Staff or Export & Import Administration Staff of FREIGHT FORWARDING Company
  • Educations : minimum Diploma, Transportation Management.
  • Customs/PPJK Certificate is advantage
  • Have a good knowledge export / import procedure
  • Have a good communication skill in English (oral and written)
  • Good computer operation skill  especially MS Office, email, etc
  • Have a strong motivation to work, willing to work overtime, willing to work as team, initiative and quick learner, precise, honest and open.
