Deskripsi Pekerjaan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
 
  • Responsible for the management of the Export team i.e : monitoring the team performance, controlling the Export team services, and planning training appropriate to their needs 
  • Responsible for the management of customer relationships and ensuring that Export team manage any complaints appropriately
  • Responsible to maintain high levels of customer service by monitoring customer feedback 
  • Be able to advise on policies and operating procedures to ensure the business runs effectively and efficiently
  • Responsible for the control of operation costs in accordance with the standard
  • Responsible for maintaining good communication and coordination with the other department
  • Responsible for maintaining good relationships with vendors
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Having experience of managing team
