Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage All Important document such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bill of landing etc.
  • Coordinate with other depatment and group companiies in japan and other contries.
  • Coordinate daily activity for Exim Shipment (SeaFreight)
  • Checking buying & selling all shipment (SeaFreight)
  • Analyst market condition, rate condition (Seafreight)
  • Resolve Issues regarding shipped orders
  • Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
  • Report to management on activities, issues, and idea for business improvement
  • Supervise and lead subordinates
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must prosess at least a bachelor degree in Business/Administration/Management/Logistics/Transport Management.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have experience in Forwarding Company and Handling Custom Clearance.
  • Preferably have a PPJK licence
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good Communication, Strong in Leadership, Team work with marketing dept, management ability.
  • Placement at Head Office, Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan
