Our Facility Officer requirements;
  1. Bachelor Degree, any field.
  2. Max 32 years old
  3. Experienced in GA / Facility / Asset Management for more than 3 years, similiar industry will be an advantage.
  4. Good communication and time management skills
  5. Proficient in Excel will be preffered (Vlookup, hlookup, pivot)
  6. Familiar with SAP will be preffered
  7. Placement at DC Marunda - Marunda Center, Kab. Bekasi.
Our Facility Officer will doing;
  1. as PIC and helpdesk Area DC Marunda, doing day-to-day GA duties.
  2. Implementing policies and Procedures that standardized from Head Quarter.
  3. Control and leading OB, Cleaning services, Security, Technicians.
  4. Handle Stock opname, check and balance, tool maintenance
  5. Coordinate recycling and waste management duties and reports
  6. Suggest initiatives to improve operating practices, such as increasing energy efficiency.
  7. Scheduling and arranging shifting for Technician and OB.
