  • Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di Keuangan/Akuntansi/Perbankan atau setara.
  • Setidaknya memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
  • Menjadi Prioritas memiliki pengalaman Accurate for Accounting system
WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Analyze research data and synthesize raw information into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports; prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to management and to the broader organization.
  • Recommend business and operations improvement by conducting an ad-hoc in-depth interview, root cause, business process improvement and common practice benchmarking.
  • Forecast business's money (knowing where it is and where it come from)
  • Look for ways to free up capital, increase profitability, and decrease expenses
  • Look at the best growth path for the company
  • Analyze revenue and expenses to ensure effective use of capital
  • Advise businesses about project costs, make capital investments, and structure deals to help companies grow
  • Compile all the financial data needed to issue a company’s financial statements in accordance with government regulations
  • Progress tracking of quarterly and annual corporate initiatives from every Department.
REQUIREMENTS
  • +3 years of management experience and in similar position
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A logical and quantitative approach in problem-solving
  • Values efficiency and collaborative work
  • Ability to categorize problems, identify key process and provide a recommendation with supporting facts and/or assumption
  • Understanding and interest in business processes and operational processes
  • Excellent communication skills, Highly proficient with Excel, and PowerPoint applications
  • Familiarity with the database query and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with Accurate for Accounting system
  • Have strong analytical and quantitative skills, Enjoy and excel at solving problems
