JOB SUMMARY :

Ensure that the company's financial-accounting & tax management runs smoothly and meets the proper management principles

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and other relevant reporting in compliance with company policies, PSAK / IFRS or another statutory requirement
Supervise the payment or refund process to ensure that the AP invoice are properly accounted and payment is settled before due date
Conduct an analysis of the realization of cash flow and cash flow projection either monthly or annually
Organize cashflow plan to maximize the interest income including plan for transferring fund between bank accounts
Conduct an analysis of the results of the calculation of the realization of the incoming money from each ship / vessel
Resolve complex accounting issues or assist FAT team resolving financial issues
Manage and oversee tax function including in reviewing monthly tax and VAT calculation

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor / Master Degree from accounting, Finance Major
Having at least 3 years experience on managerial level
Strong understanding of accounting standard, tax knowledge, and familiar with audit report
Proficient preparing financial statement, general ledger, balance sheet
Strong in analyze financial statement, consolidation and budgeting
Strong in organization skills and attention to details
Proactive and able to work in fast-paced organization
