Finance & Administration is responsible for the efficient running of Cheng Hua back-office operations, the effective control of its financial and human resources and administrative systems, in order to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall artistic and commercial objectives.
 
Job Description
  • To manage the Company’s financial affairs
  • Perform and prepare Revenue Reconciliation
  • Ensure that the most efficient and effective financial control (AR, AP, cash management)
  • To prepare quarterly management accounts and projections and other relevant reports, year-end financial accounts 
  • Human resource – assure compliance with bylaws
  • Manage employee payroll processing
  • Oversees office administration including liaison with building management, payment of rent and parking
  • Able to handle all local tax issues including profit tax and VAT tax
  • Assist in other adhoc duties / reports as required by management
  • Able / familiar with import transaction

 
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in contract financial management Professional Certifications (i.e. CIMA/ACCA or ACA) is a plus
  • Experience in preparing budgets, analyzing overhead, and monitoring budget performance against plans
  • Excellent understanding of Indonesia tax law
  • Ability to advise on finance, budget, audit, and payments issues
  • Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong organization skills
